Foundation: This course will cover an introduction to the Ecology and legislation of Great Crested Newts (GCN). Delegates will be taught when and where they are likely to encounter GCN and have a broad understanding of roles and responsibilities when encountering GCN including Biosecurity.
This course is aimed at students, Early Year Ecologists or Construction/Planning professionals looking to gain more experience and understanding of great crested newt.
The course takes approximately 40 minutes to complete. You will also notice on the landing page a pack of important literature which can be easily downloaded as PDF's on to your own computer. At the end of the course there is a short assessment which, if passed will release a certificate for delegates.
